To start, users need to access MTMS Network website at https://mtms.live
  1. 1.
    Login/Register:
To create an account on MTMS Network platform, follow these steps:
  • Go to the website ( https://mtms.live ).
  • Click on the 'Register/Login' button in the top right corner.
  • Select your preferred registration method (Email, Google Account).
  • Follow the instructions to create your account.
  1. 2.
    Forget password:
If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset it:
  • Click on the 'Register/Login' button in the top right corner.
  • Select the 'Forgot Password' option.
  • Enter your email address and click 'Submit'.
  • Follow the instructions in the password reset email.

    Edit Profile:
To edit your profile, follow these steps:
  • Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
  • Select the 'Edit Profile' option.
  • Update your profile information as needed.
  • Email and username are unique and cannot be changed
  • Click 'Save Changes' to update your profile.

    Explore Public Rooms:
To explore public rooms, follow these steps:
  • Click on the 'Explore Public Room' tab in the left menu.
  • Browse through the available rooms or search by industry.
  • Click on a room to see more details.
  • Join a room by clicking the 'Join Room' button.
  • Select the 'Live Room', Popular Room', 'My Room', 'Favourite Room' to explore the room you liked, your created room and more

    Create Work/Study Room:
To create a work/study room, follow these steps:
  • Click on the 'Explore Public Room' tab in the left menu.
  • Click the 'Add a Room' button on the right.
  • Fill in the details for your room, such as title, thumbnail, speakers, time, and agenda.
  • Click 'Publish' to create and publish your room.

    Search Room:
To search for a room, follow these steps:
  • Click on the 'Explore Public Rooms' tab in the left menu.
  • Use the search bar to search for a specific room or industry.

    Edit Room:
To edit your room (Tab "My Room"), follow these steps:
  • Go to your room (Tab "My Room")
  • Click the 'Edit Room' button.
  • Update the room information as needed.
  • Click 'Update' to save your change.

    Comment, Share, and Like Room:
To comment, share, or like a room, follow these steps:
  • Go to the room you want to interact with.
  • Use the comment section to leave a comment.
  • Click the 'Share' button to get a room link and share the room on social media.
  • Click the 'Like' button to show your appreciation for the room.

    Reward Center:
To access the reward center, follow these steps:
  • Click on Reward Tab on the left menu
  • Select the 'Reward Center' option.
  • Check your reward status and claim rewards.

    Private Meeting:
To create a private meeting, follow these steps:
  • Click on the 'Private Meeting' tab in the left menu.
  • Click the 'Create New Meeting' button.
  • Fill in the details for your meeting, such as title, time, duration, agenda, and description.
  • Click 'Create' to create your meeting.
  • Check if you have invited to join private meeting by other
  • Click to join private meeting if you see a private meeting in your “Private Meeting" tab
  • Click to “Pin" button if you want to pin your meeting to keep meeting to join daily or every time for your Team

    Instant Meeting:
To create a private meeting, follow these steps:
  • Click "Start meeting" in the top right corner or
  • Click on the 'Private Meeting' tab in the left menu.
  • Click the 'Start an Instant Meeting' button

    Join Meeting
  • Click on the 'Private Meeting' tab in the left menu.
  • In the Join Meeting area, Fill in the Meeting ID
  • Click the 'Join"' button to join the meeting

    Meeting History:
To view your meeting history, follow these steps:
  • Click on the 'Private Meeting' tab in the left menu.
  • Click to “Meeting History” to see your history meeting.
16. Contact
  • Click on the “Contact” tab in the left
  • Click to “Add New" button
  • Fill in the details for the contact, such as Email, Name, Company, Job, Phone
  • Click “Create" to create your contact
